Thankful

The children were thrilled to go back to their cousins house for Thanksgiving!

Disney was fun last year but they missed this tradition!

Big sis joined in the game while...

Thankful for our family!!!

My heart is full and our family is blessed beyond measure!

Jumper

Big sis continues to thrive at the barn where she rides weekly.

She enjoys the excitement of getting to know the horses and how they handle the jumps.

She is in control and they respond well to her.

Field Trippin Dad

Daddy's job is more flexible than momma's so he get to join the field trip fun!!!

He and big sis got to visit Old Salem.

They even went the day before and stayed in this cool hotel.

They explored and had a wonderful experience and quality time together.

 

He was able to take brother to Chapel Hill to visit the Planetarium.

 

 Love this...my guys at a very special location. 

 

 

#55 Bulldog

This season brother move up to Mitey Mite was reunited with his original coach and most of his former teammates.  He had such a great season.

He earned his spot back at center.

A few Saturdays even allowed them to watch each other.

Two of his biggest cheerleaders!

His team was 7-1 and won their bowl game!

 

A strong leader and wonderful coach!!

 

On October 31st, we got an email to see who was available for a bowl game the following day.

The first email came around 1:30, practice began at 4:30 and all players showed up to play the following day...that's a team!!!!

Brother was excited to play under the lights on a college field!

It was cold and damp so girls cheered from home.

Love watching these two talk football. 

Thankful the Lord protected each boy and granted safety.

Lady Bulldog

After two years of watching brother play, lil sis asked to cheer.

We have been pleased with the organization and signed her up!!

She jumped right in and LOVED it!

Conditioning in August was intense but she was a champ.

She is social and enjoyed being part of an organized group!

Our beautiful, confident girl.

Lots of juggling to make to Pop Warner schedules work but we had fun!

At the last game, the players gave each girl a rose...

lil sis was impressed!!!

She cheered her heart out every game!  It was warm some games and rainy others!

She even got to serve pancakes at a fund raiser!

She was a little nervous about the end of season competition but so well!

She had such a good experience.  I still remember the feeling of leaving her that first practice.  She was barely five and we were just leaving her. 

She skipped off with group and never looked back!!
